Noon - 4 pm - Soul Food Tasting & Cooking Competition (Banquet Room)
12:30 - 1pm - Buffalo Soldier Re-enactors (Amphitheater Stage)
1 - 1:30pm - Freedman Assn. Native American Program (Amphitheater Stage)
1 - 2pm - Youth Essay, Speech & Art Program (Metro Tech Auditorium)
1:30 - 5:30pm - Gospel Extravaganza (Amphitheater Stage)
